Proudly Serving the Military Community

Joe, Nancy and Ereneo Copada Joe Copada, his wife, Nancy and father, Ereneo, exemplify the Exchange phrase “family serving family.” The Copadas have served America’s troops and their families for more than 90 years combined. For 30 years, Ereneo, worked in what was then known as the “data processing” department. Joe worked in maintenance and retail for more than 30 years and retired in 2011. 2016 Exchange Outstanding Associate with Disabilities

Worldwide Exchange Outstanding Associate with a Disability HIROMI ALLEN Fairchild AFB, Wash. In 2005, Hiromi was hired as a temporary part-time senior store associate in the shoe department and then moved to regular part-time store associate. In 2007, she worked with the operations squad, and in October 2011 Hiromi was selected to fill in as shift supervisor in softlines. Hiromi quickly reorganized the department by setting clear goals for her associates. She allowed her crew to take ownership of their areas and help them develop personally and professionally. She set up displays and products which coincided with Exchange promotions and targeted holidays. 2016 Extraordinary Achievement Award Recipients

              Mickey Bradford Mickey’s collaboration and stellar leadership removed obstacles paving the way for critical corporate initiatives. Mickey led the successful upgrade of the JDA warehouse management system at the West Coast Distribution Center, guiding the team to mock go-lives clearly identifying when systems were reliable and ready for implementation. He cleared the path successfully, implementing eWADC in an unprecedented 120 days, mitigating the risk of 3PL failure. These extraordinary achievements are a testament to Mickey’s dedication and drive to succeed.
