Richard was so very helpful in assisting me in buying a laptop computer.  He provided top-notch customer service that I have not seen in many years. He made sure everything I needed was taken care of. He assisted me with talking with the right person pertaining to my mobile phone. I really want to thank him for his exceptional customer service and want a manager to be aware of his ability to go above and beyond for the customer.

It was a much longer than anticipated process, but with all the concern, patience and willingness to rectify the system error and to lessen my experience, they were amazing. Bobby was very accommodating in the end, and I truly appreciate him and all the associates. This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I work at Keesler Main Exchange in Central Checkout. August 2018 will be 2 years and I love it. We are retired Navy/Army and I wanted “something to keep me back say”. It’s a wonderful place to be a part of
