Exchange Director/CEO Tom Shull is inviting associates to submit designs for a new challenge coin, which will be used to recognize associates’ outstanding service.
This is the second time that Exchange associates have been asked to submit challenge coin designs. In September 2015, the design submitted by Johnny Olson, Corporate Communication creative director, was selected from more than 100 entries.
The designs, including the coin’s front and back, should convey the Exchange’s unique identity and enduring mission—serving Warfighters and their families. Exchange branding and core values (Family Serving Family; Respect Everyone; Courage to Use Good Judgment) can also be incorporated.
The coin’s height, width and diameter must be 2 ½ inches or less.
Associates should submit entries as a high-resolution .pdf or .jpeg to email@example.com by 11:59 p.m. CST Jan. 11.
A committee of military personnel assigned to the Exchange will review the entries and provide a list of finalists for consideration. Associates are limited to one entry.
The associate who submits the winning design will receive:
- Two coins sporting the previous designs
- The first coin with the new design
- A Thanks award
