A caller said she appreciated Chasity Mitchell and gave her a big “wow” for a job well done. She wants to appreciate her for the awesome job she did in helping her process a payment on her Take It Home Today account. She stated Chasity was very professional and should be commended for her awesome work.

I wanted to submit this compliment for outstanding customer service provided by Flossie at Kleber Express. I ended up at the Express on the morning of Oct. 30 after a bad customer experience elsewhere on Kleber. I asked if I could purchase a coffee carafe. She told me yes and when did I need it? I told her that very morning. She said it only took six minutes to prepare. I was elated! Flossie was polite from beginning to end! I’ve been in this Express many times but had never seen her until that morning. I am truly glad she was there. She managed to assist me while continuing to check out customers. I simply wanted to acknowledge my appreciation for her assistance!

At the Express next to the Firestone, Robin does an excellent job managing the store, and all of his associates are quite awesome, friendly and wonderful. Marissa is an equally amazing associate who always goes over and beyond to assist customers. Please extend to all of them my sincere thanks for everything they do to make our work week so enjoyable. Gary, manager at the Exchange theater, went out his way to help me after I lost my wallet. The theater was locked and done for the day, and he said he would get there as soon as possible to open it for me. I found the wallet and couldn’t happier, thanks to him going out his way to help me. I had such an amazing experience with Sandy. She was so polite, patient and understanding of my questions, and helped me with a smile the entire time. I needed help with layaway questions, and she was able to help me, keep her cool despite the long lines at customer service and all with a smile. The new general manager of the Exchange here at Davis Monthan has really stepped up with the changes for the better, because not only do the customers seem happier, but the associates do, too.
