HQ associates battle the winds and significantly plunging temperatures during the Dallas Veterans Day Parade.

Send us your Veterans Day and parade photos so we can show the world in a special Flickr album.

Look through your pictures – we’re sure you took many – and send the best here.

Please send your pictures as attachments and not embedded in the body of an email. Also, please don’t reduce them in size.

Managers and associates from the Dallas HQ participated in the Dallas Veterans Parade, which commemorated the 75th anniversary of the Normandy invasion. During World War II, Western Allies launched the largest amphibious invasion in history in history when they attacked German positions at Normandy in northern France on June 6, 1944.

HKIA Exchange celebrated VETERANS DAY 2019 in style.

    – Patriotic music was playing in the store that put customers in a happy and melodic mood

    – Faiz, DHI Manager, participated in the celebration by providing 10 – 18 oz. “DHI VETERANS DAY 11.11.19” Steel water bottle w/ringed cap” (i.e. attach to backpack) that contained the NATO phonetic alphabet.

    – Two VETERANS DAY cakes were served to all veterans – USA & NATO

    – All American Active Duty/Reservists/Veterans were eligible to put their name in a drawing. At 1800 three (3) lucky names were selected:

    1. 1St Prize – Veteran Mr. Xavier Holmon – $25 Exchange Gift Certificate

    2. 2nd Prize – Corporal Dennis Kerr – $10 Exchange Gift Certificate

    3. 3rd Prize – SPC Angel Parrales – $10 Exchange Gift Certificate

    – Many, many, many Veterans and Active Duty USA/Nato folks ‘thanked the entire HKIA Exchange Team’ throughout the day. Common response, “THANK YOU, and THANK AAFES/The Exchange” for making this such a special day!
