They should be important to where you are in your life now.<\/p>\n<p>Write them down weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Create a plan on how to accomplish each of these. Review and update your goals as you progress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Accountability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Whether it\u2019s a trainer or a buddy, a workout partner can help you stay accountable on those tough days when you\u2019re not in the mood to stay active.<\/p>\n<p>Though everyone has individual fitness goals, a friend with similar goals can help provide motivation to reach those goals, and make workouts more fun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Consistency<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A consistent routine will take time to develop. Search for the type of activity that works best for you.<\/p>\n<p>Start slowly, then gradually increase the intensity of your workouts.
