Eligibility: <\/strong>The NABISCO<\/strong> SALUTE TO THE MILITARY SWEEPSTAKES<\/strong> (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d) is open to all authorized Exchange customers 18 years or older at the time of entry excluding<\/u> employees of the Exchange (including military personnel assigned to the Exchange and Exchange retirees), its concessionaires, contractors and representatives providing in-store service and\/or working in an Exchange facility, and the immediate families (spouse\/domestic partner, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses\/domestic partners) and members of the households of each such employee.\u00a0 Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.\u00a0 Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes participant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Regulations and any administrative decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Sweepstakes Period\/Entry Periods:<\/strong> The official Sweepstakes begins 0800 CST \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a001 November 2025 and ends 1600 CST 28 November 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. How to Enter: <\/strong>During the entry period, complete the official entry form inside Exchange Express store locations participating in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by close of business each Thursday (Nov 6th<\/sup>, 13th<\/sup>, 20th<\/sup>, 27th<\/sup>) during the Sweepstakes period. Entries must include the entrant\u2019s full name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. Entries will become the property of the Exchange and will not be returned.<\/li>\n
      2. Sweepstakes prize: <\/strong>One entrant will be declared the winner at each Express store location participating in the Sweepstakes (see attached list of participating stores) via random drawing every Friday during the Sweepstakes period (November 7th<\/sup>, 14th<\/sup>, 21st<\/sup>, 28th<\/sup>). Each winner will receive $25 worth of Nabisco products of the winner\u2019s choosing. Winner\u2019s eligibility will be subject to verif Prize will be awarded in store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. C<\/strong>onditions: <\/strong>The Exchange will make the final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in the Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          6 \u00a0\u00a0Notification and Verification Process: <\/strong>Winners shall be notified by each Express store location participating in the Sweepstakes via email and telephone every Friday during the sweepstakes period (November 7th<\/sup>, 14th<\/sup>, 21st<\/sup>, 28th<\/sup>). An entrant\u2019s failure to respond to the notification email or telephone call within two (2) calendar days of notification, and\/or a failed delivery will result in prize forfeiture. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity\/Liability Release (except, for publicity release, where prohibited by law) within two (2) calendar days of when the notice was received by email, or the prize will be forfeited. If there is a failed delivery of the prize or prize notification email, then the prize will be forfeited. The Exchange reserves the right not to award unclaimed prizes. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.<\/p>\n

          1. 8<\/strong>. Prizes: <\/strong>One prize per per No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferrable. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants are consenting to be automatically opted-in to receive email, social media and print advertisements from the Exchange and may opt out upon receiving the first advertising message. All information will be treated in accordance with Exchange\u2019s privacy policies and kept confidential.
