NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.<\/p>\n

2. SPONSOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Stars, Stripes & Soccer Sweepstakes <\/em>(\u201cSweepstakes\u201d) is sponsored by Harthill Marketing Services<\/strong> (\u201cSponsor\u201d). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Exchange, DeCA (Defense Commissary Agency) adidas, FIFA, Microsoft, or Xbox.<\/p>\n

3. ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Sweepstakes is open to authorized Commissary & Exchange shoppers worldwide, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.<\/p>\n

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, the Exchange, DeCA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Verification:<\/strong> Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability\/Publicity Release (where permitted) and provide proof of authorized Exchange and\/or Commissary shopping privileges within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Failure to provide required documentation or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.<\/p>\n
