Choose red, orange, or dark-green vegetables like tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, along with other vegetables for meals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drink water&nbsp;<\/strong><br>\nSip water or other drinks with few or no calories to help maintain a healthy weight.
