SAN ANTONIO — Officials at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston are getting ready for a new $54 million shopping center.
Officials broke ground on a new army and air force exchange center Friday morning. The new center will be 53 percent larger than the current one, which is 46 years old. This will make room for a larger food court, shopping center, pharmacy, and even a dental clinic.
