While the card will use the Discover Global Network for enhanced benefits, it will remain a MILITARY STAR card\u2014not a Discover card\u2014specific to on-installation and online military exchange purchases.<\/p>\n<p>The card is administered by the Army &amp; Air Force Exchange Service.
