The APR\u2014nearly half of the industry average of 30.14%\u2014is available to all cardmembers, regardless of credit score.<\/p>\n<p>With the card also featuring no annual, late or over-the-limit fees, MILITARY STAR ensures military shoppers a safe and effective way to build credit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe MILITARY STAR card is a force multiplier for military shoppers,\u201d said Air Force Chief Master Sgt.
