CAMP ZAMA \u2013 <\/strong>The Camp Zama Exchange is among the best in the world, earning the Army & Air Force Exchange Service\u2019s highest honor<\/a>, the Director\/CEO Cup.<\/p>\n

Director\/CEO Brad Bingham, President and Chief Operating Officer Marla Randolph and Senior Enlisted Advisor Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez presented the award to Camp Zama Exchange leaders during the Department of War retailer\u2019s managers conference June 28.<\/p>\n

The Exchange is a vital hub, supporting the community through Meet-the-Manager events, newcomer orientations with Army Community Service and the You Made the Grade program, which awarded more than 850 gift cards for military children.<\/p>\n

The Camp Zama Exchange earned the award for its strong customer service, commitment to associate development and support of the military community. The team strengthened the shopping experience by improving customer satisfaction and reducing negative comments.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis award reflects the dedication of our team and commitment to serving those who serve,\u201d Camp Zama Exchange General Manager Nick Cucinello said. \u201cEvery associate had a role in strengthening the customer experience, supporting our community and making sure Soldiers and families know they can count on their Exchange benefit.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Director\/CEO Cup is awarded to one Exchange in each size category (small, medium, large and mega). The winners were selected based on evaluation of customer experience, leadership, business results, marketing efforts and community presence. The Camp Zama Exchange was the winner in the small category.<\/p>\n
