\"\"DALLAS \u2013 <\/strong>For the second year in a row, the UK Consolidated Exchange has been awarded the Army & Air Force Exchange Service\u2019s highest honor<\/a>, the Director\/CEO Cup.<\/p>\n

The UK Consolidated Exchange was one of four stores recognized with the Exchange\u2019s top award May 7 during the Department of Defense retailer\u2019s annual conference for general managers and main store managers in Frisco, Texas.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe UK Consolidated Exchange sets the standard high because we know we are serving the best customers in the world,\u201d said Exchange General Manager Edward Hicks. \u201cWe are honored and humbled to be recognized among these exemplary stores for our dedication to Airmen and military families.\u201d<\/p>\n

One Exchange was crowned the best in operational excellence in each of the following sales volume categories: Super, Large, Medium and Small. The UK Consolidated Exchange, which comprises operations at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, Mildenhall, Feltwell, Menwith Hill, Alconbury, Molesworth, Croughton, and Blenheim Crescent; the London Embassy; and Stavanger, Norway, was honored as the best store in the Large category. The other winning Exchanges were Fort Campbell in the Super category, Robins\/Moody Air Force Base among medium stores and Offutt Air Force Base in the Small category.<\/p>\n

The winners were chosen from among 93 eligible stores based on customer experience, leadership, business results, marketing efforts, community support and command validation for partnerships and engagement.<\/p>\n
