\"\"JOINT BASE ANDREWS \u2013 <\/strong>To better serve the military community, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service has relocated its Military Clothing store<\/a> inside the Joint Base Andrews Exchange mall as part of ongoing upgrades to the shopping center.<\/p>\n

The store opened June 30, replacing the previous location near the home and garden center.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe goal of the Exchange is always to support the Warfighter,\u201d said General Manager Thea Sarver. \u201cThe new-and-improved Joint Base Andrews\u2019 Military Clothing store is really a reflection of our commitment to that goal.\u201d<\/p>\n

The relocated store is 20 percent larger than the previous location<\/a> and features Air Force and Navy uniforms and gear. It also has an area specially designed for the Brooks Brothers optional dress Air Force uniform. The Andrews store is the only Exchange facility to stock and sell all components of the uniform.<\/p>\n

The Military Clothing store upgrade is part of an $11 million renovation of the entire Exchange shopping center, including the main store, scheduled to be completed this fall.<\/p>\n

The Joint Base Andrews Military Clothing store, located at 1811 G Street, is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 240-857-5665.<\/p>\n
