FORT BELVOIR \u2013 <\/strong>Soldiers and their families can refresh with better-for-you options at Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9<\/a>, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service\u2019s newest restaurant at Fort Belvoir.<\/p>\n

Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9 fits the Exchange\u2019s BE FIT lifestyle by offering fresh fruits and vegetables in smoothies, along with better-for-you meals such as salads, bowls and wraps with veggies, hummus and chicken.<\/p>\n

\"TropicalIt is the sixth location operated by the Exchange. The first opened at Fort Gordon in 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving a variety of snack and dining options like Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9 helps improve the quality of life at Fort Belvoir,\u201d said Fort Belvoir Exchange Services Business Manager Veronica Reese. \u201cThe Exchange is pleased to offer more healthy choices for our Soldiers to help them stay fit to defend our Nation.\u201d<\/p>\n

All of the Exchange\u2019s 1,700+ restaurants offer better-for-you choices to support Warfighters\u2019 readiness and resiliency as part of the Exchange\u2019s BE FIT initiative, which highlights better-for-you meals and more.<\/p>\n

Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9 is in the food court at the main Exchange, 8651 John J. Kingman Road. It is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n
