May’s Customer Shoutouts: These Associates Rock!

I went to the Exchange looking for Apple watches. I did not know much about the product. Ethan Parrish helped so much by explaining all the pros and cons of each watch. He showed me how they worked and was incredibly helpful. I ended up buying two watches based on his information and reviews on the product.
Western Region/Presidio of Monterey, Calif.
I want to recognize Krystil Donohe as being a superstar. She truly listens to the voice of the customer and her attitude was great. I was trying to get my account status updated and sent to a mortgage broker. She heard what I was trying to get done. Krystil stood up to the plate and hit a home run. As a retired command sergeant major and an expert in customer service, I say that she went out of her way to take care of my needs. She deserves to be recognized! Who knows how many times she has gone out of the way for a customer.

A caller praised our newest member of the call center, Shelly Thomas. Shelly is our virtual agent. The customer placed an order for motor oil that had spilled. He refused the shipment. Shelly took time to review his order and was very pleasant when speaking with him. He stated her friendliness can be heard through her voice. He wanted to give a kudos to Shelly for her great customer service and pleasant experience.

Thank you to David and the entire Camp Courtney store for helping me get a sofa delivered from Camp Foster. David went out of his way to ensure I got the sofa delivered the same day so I would not have to wait over the weekend. This is the kind of customer service that I always get from this store.
