Our Grafenwoehr Exchange has been uniformly excellent during the years I have been here. Occasionally, workers go above and beyond as was the case with a very polite young man named Trevon. He was stocking shelves near the cleaning supplies and went out of his way to solve a problem with a smile and an eagerness to help. And, the item I needed wasn’t even in his area of responsibility. Small thing, but very telling about a persons character! Something very good is going on!!!
Pacific Region/Camp Humphreys, South Korea
Exchange team at Camp Humphreys, thanks for the outstanding service today by Anthony. My wife and I were a handful picking out a TV and sofa furniture for our new home. Anthony went above and beyond to verify prices and determine which TVs were available. Thanks for the professionalism! It was a breath of fresh air since arriving in country. Another associate ensured we had all the questions answered and were able to get the furniture we needed.

I was at Fort Bragg Bragg and needed to get a lot of stuff done with my uniforms. I was desperate, and Millie came to my rescue. I just wanted to recognize her although I really should have done it at the time. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. She is what you look for in customer service. She made me feel as if I was her only customer, and I appreciate that.

I am grateful for the wonderful customer service provided by Jessica. She went above and beyond the call in helping me submit an insurance claim on the phone I bought there. She is experienced, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I am so happy that she is there to help. Thank you.

During the past year, my husband and I have been frequent customers of the Davis-Monthan AFB. We have been stocking up in preparation for our son’s wedding. We have had frequent positive encounters with Sean Riley and Jacinta Nicolas. They have always been extremely helpful. They have advised us of upcoming sales. They ordered all of our final products, which were ready as promised. Willing assistance has always been given. They are always cordial. In retail, this is not always the case. This is why I feel that they should be recognized for the outstanding jobs that they are doing.
Exchange Credit Program Call Center
A retired master sergeant spoke highly of Craig Herren. The customer recently stated he just moved into town and was greatly appreciative of the Exchange and their services. He stated that Craig was the most kind-hearted person he had ever had on the phone. He helped him with no hesitation, and wanted everyone to know what a great job Craig has done and is doing to help assist our customers.
