Subway Food Service Worker
Charleston Air Force Base
Payten Benton is an exceptional food service worker at the Charleston AFB Subway. He has been with the Exchange for seven months and has been able to quickly learn Subway’s brand standards. His willingness to learn is commendable, as he gets excited to take on new tasks and train others. In fact, he has become a “go-to” person for newer associates who join the Subway team. Payten loves his job and the role he plays in making Subway successful. In fact, JB-Charleston’s Subway is 34% above PY YTD and 30% above plan YTD in Sales. These metrics are attributed to Payten’s commitment to supporting the team through training and development. He is customer-oriented and excels in giving customers an exceptional experience while at his facility. He is certainly our “Subway champion” and we are happy to have Payten on our team! He is truly an asset to the Charleston AFB Exchange.
Bozena Bator stands out as an exceptional visual merchandiser at the Fort Bragg Exchange. She is an extraordinary employee who loves her job and gives 100% every day. She often volunteers to do extra hours so that the Visual Merchandising department can provide quality service to every facility on Fort Bragg and ensure they wouldn’t get behind during the holiday season. She plans and executes many Visual Merchandising tasks and coordinates with facility managers to ensure all special events are executed with confidence and skill, most recently the grand openings of Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Taco Bell. Bozena is truly a team player and a valued asset to the Fort Bragg Exchange.
