Tom Ockenfels. \u201cThe budget-friendly prices, wall art, rugs, and lighting are too good to pass up.\u201d<\/p>\n Purchases from the Exchange\u2019s spring internet buying guide include free standard shipping when using a MILITARY STAR\u00ae <\/sup>card.
