Gift cards offer a unique take on the idea of sending service members care packages. The Exchange operates 39 Exchanges in Afghanistan, and sending a gift card instead of a care package allows troops to choose the name brands and products they want, while saving the sender unnecessary and costly postage fees.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
