Exchange Shoppers Can Enjoy Back-to-School Savings

DALLAS – Service members and their families can save money this back-to-school season by taking advantage of special offers from the Army & Air Force Exchange Service.

Exchange shoppers can take advantage of the following promotions:

  • July 28-30: No interest or payments on purchases of $199 or more from 90 days after date of purchase when using the MILITARY STAR card.
  • July 28-30, Aug. 11-13: Free kids’ haircut with purchase of one adult haircut at any Exchange barbershop.
  • Aug. 4-31: Zero interest and no payments on purchases of $199 or more made at any Exchange Optical Center or Vista Optical Center when using a MILITARY STAR card.

“Going back to school can be exciting for kids but expensive for parents,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Luis Reyes, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “Military families don’t have to wait for tax free weekend to save money on back-to-school essentials—all they have to do is log on to ShopMyExchange.com or visit their local Exchange.”
