For First Time, Exchange Customers Stationed Overseas Can Purchase Polaris Off-Road Vehicles

DALLAS – The Army & Air Force Exchange Service has partnered with Polaris Industries to offer Polaris off-road and all-terrain vehicles to service members and civilian personnel stationed overseas beginning April 23.

“This is an easy way for Exchange customers overseas to get a great deal on new off-road vehicles and ATVs and enjoy the great outdoors with their families and friends when they return from deployment,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Luis Reyes, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor.

Polaris off-road vehicles available for purchase through this program include the Ranger and the RZR, both utility side-by-side vehicles; the General, the best-selling crossover utility vehicle, which includes a military-inspired limited edition; the Sportsman all-terrain vehicle; and the ACE, a single-seat ATV.

Military AutoSource will offer Polaris vehicles at select Exchange locations overseas. Some locations will have actual vehicles for shoppers to see, while others will have touch-screen kiosks for viewing; vehicle delivery will only be in the United States. An official partner of the Exchange, Military AutoSource is the only on-base, factory-authorized distributor for multiple brands of cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles to military and civilian personnel stationed overseas or on an overseas TDY assignment for at least 30 days.

Once purchased, the Polaris vehicle will be delivered to the shopper’s local U.S. dealership, where it can be picked up by the purchaser, a friend or a family member.
