BILOXI, Miss. — The Lala family became $10,000 richer by winning a sweepstakes simply by pulling a tab off a Subway cup back while stationed in Korea.
“The entire family wanted Subway for lunch, so we sat there and he pulled his tab off and said I don’t think I understand what that means,” said current Air Force member, Rebecca Lala. “So I grabbed it from him and he joked and said what did you win a million dollars and I was no but 10 thousand.”
