Exchange Shoppers Can Feast on Black Friday Weekend Savings with MILITARY STAR

From one-day deals to weekend sales, the card brings exclusive savings to the military community

DALLAS – Warfighters and authorized shoppers can unwrap extra savings during Black Friday weekend with the MILITARY STAR® card.

From Nov. 27 through Dec. 1, shoppers can take an extra 10% off clothing, including coats, jackets and shoes as well as fine and fashion jewelry, watches and handbags, when using their MILITARY STAR cards. Shoppers earn double points on purchases too.

Cardmembers can also enjoy these special savings and offers during the holiday weekend:

  • 15% off food purchases at participating Exchange restaurants (Nov. 27 to Nov. 30).
  • 10 cents off per gallon fuel at Expresses (Nov. 28 only).
  • $10 off mall purchases of $25 or more (Nov. 27 to Nov. 30).
  • Zero interest and no payments for six months on purchases of $299 or more (Nov. 27 to Dec. 1).

“These exclusive savings are the Exchange’s way of saying thank you to the military community,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “The MILITARY STAR card gives service members and their families opportunities to save during one of the biggest holidays of the year.”

New cardmembers receive a 10% discount on first-day purchases, which can be combined with any MILITARY STAR or Exchange promotion for even deeper savings.

The MILITARY STAR card offers fair and flexible terms, including an industry-low APR and no annual, late, or over-limit fees. Cardmembers also receive free standard shipping on orders from ShopMyExchange.com. The MILITARY STAR card is accepted at all exchanges; commissaries; restaurants; Air Force Services and Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation activities; and at ShopMyExchange.commyNavyExchange.com and ShopCGX.com.

Eligible active-duty service members, dependents, retirees, Department of War civilians, retirees and honorably discharged Veterans who have confirmed their eligibility to shop at ShopMyExchange.com can apply for a MILITARY STAR card.
