DALLAS – Military children worldwide can add some extra fun to their summer breaks with free in-store events at select Army & Air Force Exchange Service stores throughout July.
More than 50 PXs and BXs will host a Play-Doh kitchen crafting event Saturday, July 5, and a Nerf event Saturday, July 26. Both events are scheduled for 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at all locations.
Military kids aged 2 and older can make creative kitchen and food-themed sculptures at the Play-Doh event while those ages 8 and older can participate in a friendly battle with Nerf blaster toys.
“The Exchange is thrilled to bring some extra excitement to our youngest heroes’ summer fun with these in-store events in July,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “Our store associates worldwide look forward to welcoming military children for some well-deserved fun.”
