USAG ANSBACH / USAG STUTTGART – The EUCOM Consolidated Exchange is among the best in the world, earning the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s highest honor, the Director/CEO Cup.

Director/CEO Brad Bingham, President and Chief Operating Officer Marla Randolph and Senior Enlisted Advisor Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez presented the award to EUCOM Consolidated Exchange leaders during the Department of War retailer’s managers conference June 28.

The EUCOM Consolidated Exchange is a vital hub, supporting the community through the “Street Market” concept to Home-Based Businesses (HBBs) across the Garrison. Thanks to this campaign, seven HBBs participated in the monthly Street Markets. Three of those HBBs are now regular short-term vendors, located in the Exchange mall.

The EUCOM Consolidated Exchange earned the award for its strong customer service, commitment to associate development and support of the military community. This store was named one of the Exchange’s 2025 Social Media All-Stars. Its Panda Express grand opening post received the highest reaction rate of the year across the Garrison’s social media channels.

“This recognition speaks to the pride our associates take in serving the military community,” EUCOM Consolidated Exchange General Manager Robin Boylan said. “The teams at USAG Stuttgart and USAG Ansbach work together every day to support Soldiers, families and our communities. Their teamwork, innovation and commitment help create a welcoming experience for everyone who relies on the Exchange benefit”

The Director/CEO Cup is awarded to one Exchange in each size category (small, medium, large and mega). The winners were selected based on evaluation of customer experience, leadership, business results, marketing efforts and community presence. The EUCOM Consolidated Exchange was the winner in the large category.
