GRAFENWOEHR – The Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange is among the best in the world, earning the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s highest honor, the Director/CEO Cup.

Director/CEO Brad Bingham, President and Chief Operating Officer Marla Randolph and Senior Enlisted Advisor Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez presented the award to Grafenwoehr Exchange leaders during the Department of War retailer’s managers conference June 28.

The Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange is a vital hub, supporting the largest training command outside the continental United States by deploying vending, barber services and roving food trucks to remote training camps and improving Quality of Life. The PX has also held key events such as the AFN Live celebrating the Exchange’s 130th anniversary, U.S. Army 250th Birthday celebration and seasonal events that further strengthen family engagement and create positive customer experience.

The Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange earned the award for its strong customer service, commitment to associate development and support of the military community. This store awarded more than $10,000 in sweepstakes prizes to local community members and held Veteran hiring events to reinforce the Exchange’s commitment to supporting military members and their families.

“This award reflects the dedication our associates bring to serving the military community every day,” Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange General Manager Alex Mamaril said. “Their focus on teamwork and customer care helps ensure Soldiers, families and all who use the Exchange benefit feel supported and valued.”

The Director/CEO Cup is awarded to one Exchange in each size category (small, medium, large and mega). The winners were selected based on evaluation of customer experience, leadership, business results, marketing efforts and community presence. The Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange was the winner in the mega category.
