DALLAS – Brig. Gen. Francis Hendricks, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s Deputy Commander and Director EEO, Diversity and Inclusion, has been selected as one of “America’s Top Diversity Champions for 2012” by DiversityBusiness.com.
