2023 MOMC Kellogg’s Art Contest Rules

CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES : Submit your Artwork and Win a Gift Card Prize Pack

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. April 1 – April 30, 2023. How It Works: Go to celebratemilitarykids.com, select from the Listed Art Categories, confirm you meet the Eligibility Requirements and complete the Registration form. Once registered, you will be directed to upload a photo of your original art. Entries must be recorded under the appropriate grade level: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. All Artwork submissions must be original – no copies of artwork will be accepted. The original artwork will be requested only if you are selected as a winner. An independent team of three (3) judges  will review entries by grade bracket, giving each a percentage for creativity and a percentage for originality. Winners will be determined based upon the highest overall percentage, maximum 100%.

Prizes: Six total winners, two per grade bracket will be selected from the total list of all completed registrations to receive One (1) Gift Card Prize Pack: One (1) $100 Commissary Gift Card; One (1) $100 Exchange (branch selected by winner) Gift Card; One (1) $100 Visa Prepaid Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Each Prize: $300.Total.  Limit one prize per family/household. Winners will be selected and contacted on May 1st, 2023.

General Rules. Potential winning Entrants/Parents of Entrants will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of  Eligibility/Release of Liability/ Prize Acceptance form within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification.  Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and alternate may be selected. Return of  any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to: (a) use Entrant’s names and likenesses and publish all entries submitted, (b) alter, amend, edit or change entries prior to publication and (c) use, publish reproduce,  alter, amend and copyright for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless  prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winning Entrants agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising  out of use of prize. Winning Entrants (and parent/legal guardian if Entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction) agree to release discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor (Harthill Marketing Services), DeCA (Defense Commissary Agency), AAFES (Army, Air Force Exchange Service), Kellogg’s, MCEC (Military Child Education Coalition), all affiliated parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, other representatives, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from and against any decisions of  the winners selection process. Sponsor is not responsible for is directed or undeliverable email or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers,  hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer  transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical/other error in  presentation/administration or contest, prize announcements or for any liability for damage to any computer  system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this  promotion. It is the responsibility of all participating Entrants to make sure a well focused, clear image is uploaded for judging. Any images that are not visible 100% by the judging team can be disqualified without notice.  If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, the judges reserve the right to  terminate the contest and judge only those entries received as of the date of the date of termination.

Waiver: By entering this promotion, participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and  consequential damages attorney’s fees and or damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.
