OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS

OPERATION HEAL*ARIOUS SWEEPSTAKES

1. Eligibility: The Operation Heal*arious Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all authorizedExchange customers 18 years or older at the time of entry excluding employees of the Exchange (including militarypersonnel assigned to the Exchange and Exchange retirees), its concessionaires, contractors and representatives providing in-store service and/or working in an Exchange facility, and the immediate families (spouse/domestic partner, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses/domestic partners) and members of the households of each such employee.  Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Regulations and any administrative decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations.

2. Sweepstakes Period/Entry Periods: The official Sweepstakes begins

1000 CST 5 June 2023 and ends 2359 CST 10 June, 2023.

3. How to Enter: The sole method of entry in the Sweepstakes is by commenting with your name and what location you would like to see the show from in the post comment section on Exchange Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/shopmyexchange/. Failure to comment on the “Facebook Operation Heal*arious Sweepstakes” post will result in disqualification.
4. Sweepstakes prize: Five (5) entrants will be randomly selected and declared winners.
   One (1) Prize winner will receive: Four (4) tickets to the Operation Heal*arious comedy tour on July 15, 2023 in San Antonio, TX valued at $80.00

One (1) Prize winner will receive: Four (4) tickets to the Operation Heal*arious comedy tour on July 29,2023 in Fayetteville, NC valued at $80.00

One (1) Prize winner will receive: Four (4) tickets to the Operation Heal*arious comedy tour on September 10, 2023 in Newport News, VA valued at $80.00

One (1) Prize winner will receive: four (4) pair of tickets to Operation Heal*arious comedy tour on September 15, 2023 in Killeen, TX valued at $80.00

One (1) Prize winner will receive: four (4) pair of tickets to Operation Heal*arious comedy tour on October 21, 2023 in Charleston, SC valued at $80.00
No transfer, substitution or cash/gift card equivalent for prizes is allowed.

5. Selection of winner: Five (5) entrants will be randomly selected from the “Operation Heal*arious Sweepstakes” comments by Tuesday, 13 June, 2023 and deemed the Winners. Winner’s eligibility will be subject to verif Winner(s) must be eligible to obtain sponsorship for admittance to base locations for sweepstake prize presentations.

6. Conditions: The Exchange will make the final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in the Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. 7. Notification and Verification Process: : Winners will be randomly selected from the “Operation Heal*arious Sweepstakes” comments. The winner will be notified by Facebook message and/or email no later than Tuesday, 13 June, 2023. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries.  An entrant’s failure to respond to the notification message or email within three (3) calendar days of notification or in the event a notification email is returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The Exchange reserves the right not to award unclaimed priz Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

8. 8. Prizes: One prize per per No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferrable. Winner is solely responsible for taxes and fees associated with claiming their prize, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prize.

9. Rights: By entering into the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and grant to the Exchange permission to make availableand display and otherwise distribute entrants’ name, photographs, registered username and statements worldwide in all media now known or hereafter developed in perpetuity without compensation. By entering into the Sweepstakes,entrants are consenting to be automatically opted-in to receive email, social media and print advertisements from the Exchange and may opt out upon receiving the first advertising message.  All information will be treated in accordance with Exchange’s privacy policies and kept confidential. By participating, entrants expressly agree and specifically consent to be contacted by email, for purposes of sending Promotion-related information.

10. Governing law: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants’ rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordancewith Federal law. Entrants, by their participation, agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arisingout of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to anyform of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Federal court.

11. Disclaimer: The Exchange reserves the right to remove any entry for any reason without notice to the entrant. In theevent of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized AccountHolder” of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. The Exchange, its promotional andadvertising agencies, and contractors will have no liability and by entering into the Sweepstakes, entrants’ release andhold harmless the Exchange and Contractors from any claims, suits or causes of action arising out of any damage, loss or injury to person or property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participating in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entry materials/data that have been tamperedwith or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void.Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the prize winner’s agreement and understanding that the Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition. The Exchange is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected,damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of orfailure to receive entry information by the Exchange on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on theInternet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by thedecisions of the Exchange, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to complywith these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Exchange reserves the right to: (i) Permanently disqualifyfrom any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the onlinemethod of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterablyimpairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior towithdrawal. The Exchange reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable. In the event that any of the Sweepstakes are postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Exchange’s control, the Exchange reserves the right to schedule an additional Sweepstakes in place of the one postponed/cancelled.
