Stars, Stripes & Soccer Sweepstakes
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. SPONSOR
The Stars, Stripes & Soccer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Harthill Marketing Services (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Exchange, DeCA (Defense Commissary Agency) adidas, FIFA, Microsoft, or Xbox.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to authorized Commissary & Exchange shoppers worldwide, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, the Exchange, DeCA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Eligibility Verification: Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) and provide proof of authorized Exchange and/or Commissary shopping privileges within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Failure to provide required documentation or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on May 29, 2026 at 12:01am eastern and ends on June 28, 2026 at 11:59pm eastern (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
a) Online Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting redwhiteandbluesweeps.com and completing the official entry form in full.
6. ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be void. Automated, bots or scripted entries are prohibited.
7. PRIZES
Four total (4) winners will be selected to receive one of the following:
- One (1) of three (3) adidas FIFA World Cup 2026™ Trionda Pro Official Match Soccer Balls
- One (1) Xbox Series X 1TB Gaming Console with one (1) Wireless Controller
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,250.00
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
Prize availability varies by location. Selected CONUS winners will receive the merchandise indicated above. Selected OCONUS winners will receive a prize of equal value in Commissary and Exchange gift cards in lieu of physical prizes.
8. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 1, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email and phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within a specified time period.
Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. TAXES
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to winners as required by law.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Exchange, DeCA, Kellanova and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
The Exchange acts solely as a platform for communication and does not collect, process, or store any personal data or sensitive information related to this promotion. The Exchange is not a party to the data processing activities and shall not be held responsible or liable for any aspect of the promotion’s execution, data handling practices, or regulatory compliance.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
15. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. WINNERS LIST
To receive the names of the winners, send an email request to [email protected] with the subject line “Stars, Stripes & Soccer Sweepstakes Winners List”. Requests must be received no later than July 5, 2026. Information provided will be limited to winner’s first name, last initial, and state or country of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
