  • Always consult your medical provider before taking dietary supplements.

    Follow label instructions for serving sizes and frequency of consumption.

    Do not exceed the recommended dose prescribed on the label.

    Stacking of dietary supplements could cause medical problems.

    Stop taking supplement and consult your health care provider if you experience an adverse reaction or unusual symptoms.

    Products with creatine or caffeine cause dehydration so drink plenty of water.

    Some dietary supplements may cause False positive lab results. Be sure to consult your healthcare provider or your organization before use.
