The “Chief” in “Chief Chat” is the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor, Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Osby. As the Department of Defense’s largest retailer, our primary audience for “Chief Chat” is service members, military families, military retirees and Veterans. In 2021, “Chief Chat” was honored by PRNEWS’ Digital + Social Media Awards for community engagement.
