Though everyone has individual fitness goals, a friend with similar goals can help provide motivation to reach those goals, and make workouts more fun.

 

Consistency

A consistent routine will take time to develop. After a couple of weeks, it will be part of your everyday routine. Stick with it, overcome discouragement and try your best to execute.

Whether you’re looking to gain muscle or lose fat, it all starts with the proper nutrition of eating health conscious food while structuring calorie intake and balancing macronutrients daily.

Try whole grains, low-fat proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Start slowly, then gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. For example, start with a 3-day per week routine for the first 30 days, then advance to a more challenging schedule.
