SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at of 07:00 a.m. Central Standard Time December 6, 2019 and ends at of 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time December 9, 2019. 5 (five) winners will be randomly selected by December 11, 2019.

PRIZES: One prize per person. No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. Winner is solely responsible for taxes and fees associated with claiming their prize, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prize.  Gift cards are subject to restrictions and an expiration date may apply. No substitution of prize is offered. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash value will be given in place of prize.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 48 continental United States of America or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have an active Instagram account (“Entrant”). Employees of the Exchange (including military personnel assigned to the Exchange and Exchange retirees), its concessionaires, contractors or representatives providing in-store service or working in an Exchange facility, employees from the firm(s) sponsoring the sweepstakes, and the immediate family members of the above are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouse/domestic partners, children, parents, siblings, persons in loco parentis and resident members of the employee’s immediate household. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

Please note that Facebook and Twitter are not a valid entry methods for this Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Exchange and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

SELECTION AND VERIFICAITON OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNER: Winners will be randomly selected from the Entrants by December __6__, 2019. Winner’s eligibility will be subject to verification. Winners will be notified by Instagram comment or direct messages. IT IS THE ENTRANT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT HIS/HER INSTAGRAM SETTINGS ARE CONFIGURED SO AS TO ACCEPT DIRECT MESSAGES FROM THE EXCHANGE (@SHOPMYEXCHANGESWEEPSTAKES). The Exchange is not responsible for failure to contact potential winner, regardless of cause. A Winner’s failure to respond to the comment or notification message within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying for taxes, if any, on their respective prize. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the email account associated with the Instagram account used to submit entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners must provide a valid street address in the 48 continental United States or District of Columbia for prize shipment and may be required to execute additional documents.

DISCLAIMER: Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes
will be used in accordance with the Exchange’s online privacy policy. Each Entrant agrees and grants the Exchange permission to make available and display/perform and otherwise distribute Entrants’ names, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, address (city and state) and other indicia of persona for advertising or publicity purposes and submission in all media in perpetuity without compensation. The Exchange reserves the right to publish entries to its public social networking service accounts throughout the entry period to publicize the Sweepstakes. Such publication does not guarantee an award of any kind. The Exchange reserves the right to remove any entry for any reason without notice to the Entrant. The Exchange is not responsible for (i) entries that are incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or not received due to transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmissions; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.

The Exchange reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

The Exchange, its promotional and advertising agents, and Instagram (“Released Parties”) will have no liability and by entering into the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, suits or causes of action arising out of any damage, loss or injury to person or property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participating in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the prize winner’s agreement and understanding that the Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition.

GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable Federal law and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants’ rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Federal law. Entrants, by their participation, agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Federal court.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
