More than 200 restaurants and Snack Avenue inside Express stores, including, Chopz, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Express Kitchen, Hot Stuff Kitchen, Paavo’s Pizza and Eddie Peppers, serve up convenience. Better-for-you BE FIT 360 snacks are easily identified with easy-to-spot Healthier Choices, Healthier Lifestyle shelf tags.


For added convenience, the Exchange’s 24/7 self-service markets are located in high-traffic, mission-focused areas—including remote and austere locations—so it’s easy to grab snacks, light meals, drinks and more anytime.
Since 1955, the Exchange has nourished the next generation through its school meal program, ensuring that our Nation’s youngest heroes overseas have nutritious breakfasts and lunches while giving their military parents peace of mind. Meals are provided at or below cost at Department of War Education Activity schools, with free and reduced-price options to support students and families. More than 3.6 million meals are served each year.


DoWEA schools in Europe and the Pacific receive their whole-grain baked goods from the Exchange’s bakeries at Gruenstadt, Germany; U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys; Yokota Air Base; and Camp Kinser, Okinawa. Meals are offered in accordance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s nutrition standards. Whole grains, lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables and low-fat milk are offered daily.
