THE WORKOUT

Circuit 1

Bicep Curl to overhead press

Alternating forward lunge

Plank (30 seconds)

 

Circuit 2

Neutral grip push-up

Lunge overhead press

Side to high plank (30 seconds)

 

Circuit 3

Alternating dumbbell row

Dumbbell rack squat

Mountain climbers (30 seconds)

 

4 Rounds of each circuit.

12-15 reps per exercise.
