1. Plyo Lunge + Drop Squat
2. :20 Bicep Curl, :20 Tricep Extension
3. 10 A-Steps, 2 Push-Up
4. Core Variation (Leg Raise | Reverse Crunch | Scissor Kicks | Ab Crunch)
