  • :40 seconds of work and :20 seconds of rest

  • 4 Rounds total
  • 1:00 minute of rest between rounds

 

1. Reverse Lunge + Hammer Curl

2. 4-Pt Hold w/ Alt. DB Row

3. DB Squat to Lateral Raise

4. :20 Core Twist, :20 V-Sit Hold
