
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp (10g) Unflavored GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY Protein Powder
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt and pepper
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Dash of sesame seeds
- 1 slice of whole wheat or sourdough bread, toasted
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocado with protein powder and salt and pepper. Top toasted bread with avocado, dash of red pepper flakes, and sprinkle of sesame seed.
- Optional: Add a light drizzle of olive oil.
