INGREDIENTS

• 1 tsp (10g) Unflavored GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY Protein Powder
• 1/2 avocado
• Salt and pepper
• Dash of red pepper flakes
• Dash of sesame seeds
• 1 slice of whole wheat or sourdough bread, toasted

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Mash avocado with protein powder and salt and pepper. Top toasted bread with avocado, dash of red pepper flakes, and sprinkle of sesame seed.

• Optional: Add a light drizzle of olive oil.
