Exchange PRIDE! presents an opportunity for all associates to support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) equality in the workplace and community. Allies focus on the common purpose of advocating for the interests of our LGBTW+ workforce and can come from any orientation. The HEROES program recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of Exchange associates and retires who are military veterans, their spouses and family members. 45% of our US work force are veterans and military spouses. 85% of all Exchange associates are connected to the military in some way.
