2. Single Arm Snatch

40 seconds of work (20 seconds per arm)

 

3. Thruster

40 seconds of work

 

4. Sumo Deadlift to High Pull

40 seconds of work

 

5. Single Arm Row

40 seconds of work (20 seconds per arm)

 

6. Spiderman Push-Up

40 seconds of work

 

Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Perform 4 rounds in total
